Al Hot founded Fast Track Construction in 1995. He is responsible for all aspects of
construction management activities including, but not limited to, managing activities ahead of project set-up including managing bid packages, defining milestones, budgeting, and procurement planning, taking a collaborative approach to maximize efficiency, and providing competitive bids to deliver contracted scope of work efficiently and effectively.
Prior to forming Fast Track Construction, Al Hot served as a project manager for prominent New York City interior construction firms, including Olympia & York and Nico Construction.
Arthur is an innovative construction service professional with over 30 years of national construction experience. He has a proven ability to successfully lead all aspects of commercial and base building construction. Arthur founded and created two profitable construction companies specializing in General Contracting and Construction Management servicing national commercial markets with projects primarily focused on Corporate Interiors, Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential market sectors.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as an estimator in the business learning the ropes up through Executive VP. Managed both retail and commercial office construction projects for major management firms such as JLL and CBRE. Tom’s experience ranges from major office renovations through detailed museum projects, major bank retail branch fit-outs. In the retail sector, Tom spearheaded site selection through the design and construction of a major restaurant change, with sites in New York, Las Vegas, Florida, and London, England.
From the inception of the design through completion, his experience and knowledge of the business is one of the paramount reasons for our success.
Dominick has thirty years of experience in trading, sales and the management of FX professionals for major global financial institutions. Dominick has unique expertise in the development and management of multi-faceted FX trading and sales businesses. Dominick’s early FX experience came as a trader for Manufacturers Hanover Trust. He went on to be a successful team member of Commodities Corporation, a pioneer trading company that was acquired by Goldman Sachs. Dominick spent 20 years at Societe Generale, where he restructured the global FX business to the most profitable one in the bank’s history. As a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee, his achievements included building an arbitrage trading group, systematic trading group, corporate, and a 24-hour institutional sales business.
Mark Patterson has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, which has included many project types and roles serving both public and private sector clients. He has been involved in all facets of the construction process, including estimating, value engineering, budgeting, procurement, scope review, contract award, scheduling, project execution, and project closeout. This experience over the years has prepared him to tackle and successfully manage many types of projects, new or renovation, small to large scale, from concept through closeout. He has held various positions as construction manager, owner’s representative, field supervisor, building inspector, and architect. With his experience, Mark is uniquely qualified in all aspects and points of view of the construction process.
Prior to his employment at Fast Track Construction, Mark has worked for places such as Katerra, Skanska, SJP Properties, and Lahrer McGovern Bovis.

Chuck Gerace has over 30 years of experience in property management and development, with a heavy emphasis of Mechanical & Electrical Systems design and implementation.
Chuck has worked for major developers such as Tishman Speyer, where he managed critical aspects of construction within Rockefeller, of over $100mm in capital also through Tishman Speyer, he was later assigned to assist in the development and construction of CNBC’s world headquarters in Englewood Cliffs NJ and Lehman Brothers state of the art data center in NJ. He has been involved in all facets of the construction process, including value engineering,’ scope review, project execution, and closeout. This experience in applying his engineering knowledge of projects has prepared him to tackle and successfully manage the Verizon account under Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw and supported the Mechanical services of Verizon’s critical data center and priority one sites, which served the Federal, State, and City government services.
